Lotte Chemical suspends plant operations for 21 days

Lotte Chemical Pakistan on Thursday announced the suspension of its plant operations for a 21-day period, from March 28 to April 17, 2025.

The company said the shutdown is aimed at efficiently managing inventory levels. The disclosure was made in line with Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015 and PSX Regulation 5.6.1.

The company has requested the Pakistan Stock Exchange to notify TRE Certificate Holders accordingly. 

Lotte Chemical Pakistan, incorporated on May 30, 1998, is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of Pure Terephthalic Acid (PTA).
