Punjab Highway Patrol recovers 280 stolen vehicles in March

The Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) has released its performance report for March 2025, showcasing the steps taken to enhance road safety and prevent crime across the province. 

The report indicates significant progress in security operations, with the PHP conducting extensive checks using the E-Police Post App.

According to the report, the Punjab Highway Patrol screened 3.7 million individuals during March, ensuring that proper security measures were in place for the safety of commuters. 

In addition to this, 1.7 million vehicles were inspected as part of routine checks. These efforts led to the recovery of 280 stolen cars and motorcycles, further contributing to crime prevention on the province’s roadways.

The PHP’s operations are part of ongoing efforts to reduce criminal activities and improve security for the public, with the use of technology playing a key role in its effectiveness.
